What it is, in one paragraph
ComfyUI writes the workflow that made a file into the file itself. WorkflowRemix reads that back. So it can show you a library you can search by prompt, turn any file's workflow into a form with the controls that matter, and queue a new run on your own ComfyUI with whatever you changed. It generates nothing itself and contains no ComfyUI code.
Two things to know before you start
You need a working ComfyUI of your own; WorkflowRemix does not install one or any models. And it is for lawful use by adults: installing it means agreeing to the Acceptable Use Policy.
